Todd Eldredge

President and Chief Executive Officer

Todd Eldredge currently serves as president and chief executive officer at CardioRisk as well as a member of the board of directors. Todd directs all activities of the company with a focus on New Technology, Quality, and Marketing. Todd brings more than 15 years of industry management experience to the company. Over his career, Todd has held a number of senior-level management positions within pharmaceutical and other high-tech companies. Todd has served in executive and management positions at STSN, Document Control Systems, and Sanofi-Aventis / Rhone Poulenc.

Prior to joining CardioRisk, Todd served as vice president of sales and vice president / general manager for STSN (now IBaun), a successful start-up that became the worldwide leader in broadband services for business travelers. The business currently serves hundreds of thousands of hotel rooms in hundreds of cities around the world. He also served as vice president of sales and marketing at Document Control Systems (DCS) a quality systems enterprise software solution for fortune 1000 companies. Prior to DCS, Todd ran a business unit for Rhone-Poulenc, which was eventually purchased by Aventis (now Sanofi-Aventis), a publicly-traded company.

Todd holds an MBA from Brigham Young University.

 

Kim Steadman

Executive Vice President Business Development

Kim serves as Executive Vice President, Business Development at CardioRisk. Kim brings 25 years of management experience to the company having successfully built national companies from the ground floor into multi-million dollar entities for acquisition.

Kim oversees directs all of the business development activities of the company and is hands-on in his approach, interfacing daily with customers, employees and maintaining strong relationships with the company's strategic alliances.

Prior to joining CardioRisk, Kim served as administrator for Total HomeCare, a multi-state home care company he built into a multi-million dollar entity. Kim also served as President and CEO of All American Festivals, the largest national special event company producing bowl game halftime shows, and music festivals throughout North America.

 

Kent Carpenter

Vice President Sales

Carpenter brings 25 years industry experience with large pharmaceutical companies, including Sandoz, Novartis, Bristol-Myers Squibb, AstraZeneca, (PhRMA) Pharmaceutical Research, and Manufactures of America and the Merck, Connaught, Merieux Partnership. He has marketing and sales expertise in cardiovascular and metabolic, neuroscience, infectious disease, respiratory, gastrointestinal, medical devices and oncology. Carpenter pioneered startup sales forces in pharmaceutical, biologicals, and retail organizations. He has demonstrated convincing management and leadership experience in the functional areas of managed care, government affairs, customer service, and quality assurance, and has experience with regulatory agencies of the U.S., Canada, European Union, and Japan. Carpenter has a BS in Marketing, an MBA (Global Management), and an MA in Organizational Management and Leadership, with Collateral Management and Leadership Development from the Wharton Business School of Management.

 

Marc White

Chief Financial Officer

Marc brings 20+ years of financial, organization and strategic expertise as well as a passion for values optimization and continuing excellence to CardioRisk’s leadership in Carotid Intima-Media Thickness (CIMT) screening.

For the past several years Marc helped lead a number of VC and Angel backed international technology firms as CFO, Interim CFO, Sr. Consultant or Board member/advisor, involving multiple M&A deals and helping facilitate millions in equity and debt funding and deployment.

Prior to that Marc progressed through various accounting, tax and finance positions of increasing responsibility to the role of Americas Group Treasurer while working with a $1B international manufacturing organization.

Early in his career, Marc traveled seven Rocky Mountain states selling computer software and hardware. He has been a presenter, panelist and speaker at a variety of conferences and workshops.

Marc earned honors with a BA in Accounting and also an MBA from the University of Utah. He possesses the unexpected proficiencies of Japanese conversation and the MBTI.

Marc and his family are long time residents of Murray, Utah. Both he and his sweetheart Rochelle are active in community and church functions. Together they have four children.

 

Dr. Regina Drueding

Medical Director / Education & Research

Dr. Drueding currently serves as the company's Medical Director and as the Medical liaison for Education & Research. She is also a member of the company's board of directors. She is a board certified Internist and is an active member of the American College of Physicians, the AMA, and many other professional medical associations. She has practiced Internal Medicine for over 20 years.

Prior to Dr Drueding's affiliation with CardioRisk, she served as a member of the Board of Directors for Sonometrics, Inc., the company that developed and patented the software used by CardioRisk today. She was a Co-Medical Director at the Ochsner Home Health Agency, and was a member of the Emergency Room Quality Assurance Utilization and Management Review board. Dr Drueding was also a member of the Pharmaceutical and Therapeutics Committee at Intermountain Healthcare, a major HMO in Utah .

Dr. Drueding is fluent in English, German, French, & Latin and brings a wealth of international experience to the CardioRisk team. She is a frequent guest lecturer and is often sought out for her experience in Internal Medicine, Integrative Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease Prevention, and Preventative Health and Functional Medicine. She is a certified lifestyle counselor.
